Exercise at Look@ME Personal Training
Our exercise programs are designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility, muscular endurance, postural awareness and cardiovascular fitness.
We use many exercise disciplines including calisthenics, circuit training, Pilates, core stabilization, plyometrics, HIIT, super setting, dumbbell complexes and kettlebell training.
We incorporate both unilateral and bilateral movements to create the most structurally effective program to help people reach their goals and create a healthier, more energetic lifestyle. |
